The Somerset County Youth Council was established to help develop youth’s leadership skills and to give them a forum for expressing their ideas and concerns to the Board of County Commissioners. EmPoWER supports individuals and families with making positive lifestyle choices by promoting healthy, drug-free communities through education, collaboration, and connection to resources.

Middle Earth is a nonprofit agency that mentors youth by helping to foster life skills as well as preparing for the employment process.
